What it is
«Дружба» — the cheese spread that every household kitchen used to keep in the fridge. Eight little gold-foiled triangles, soft and creamy, mild-salty with a faint tang. Spreads on bread without protest, melts smoothly into hot soup.
Spread on dark rye with a slice of tomato, drop a triangle into a hot bowl of суп с плавленым сыром, or use it as the binder in retro-classic salads. Children pull off the foil like a small ritual.
