What it is

An electric nut cookie maker with 12 shell-shaped moulds, designed to bake the beloved oreshki shortcrust cookies popular across Eastern Europe. Double-sided heating ensures even baking in just a few minutes per batch, while the non-stick coating means the shells release cleanly every time. Fill with condensed milk cream, dulce de leche, or any favourite filling to make a nostalgic treat from scratch.

What's in the box

1 electric nut cookie maker with 12 nut-shaped moulds (upper and lower plates). Power cord included. Recipes are not supplied but are widely available online.

How to use

Plug in and allow the plates to heat up (ready in around 3 minutes). Spoon a small amount of dough into each mould, close the lid and bake for 1–3 minutes until golden. Open, remove the shells, let them cool, fill with your chosen cream, and press pairs together. Wipe the plates clean with a damp cloth after use — do not submerge in water.
