Biscuits Korovka with Milk 375g
Crisp sugar biscuits with a warm baked-milk flavour
RUSSIA · ROT FRONT · 375 G
What it is
Korovka — “little cow” in Russian — has been a fixture of Eastern European biscuit tins since the Soviet era. Rot Front’s version is a classic golden sugar biscuit: crisp and slightly crumbly, with a gentle caramel warmth that comes from condensed milk baked into the dough. The baked-milk flavour is subtle rather than sweet-heavy, making these easy to eat by the handful.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (refined, deodorised palm and sunflower oils; antioxidant E306), water, egg powder, condensed milk with sugar (whole milk, sugar), corn starch, salt, baked milk flavouring, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (lactic acid).
