What it is

Bake House instant dry yeast is a fast-acting, high-potency leavening agent suitable for all types of yeast doughs — white and wholegrain breads, enriched rolls, sweet pastries and pizza bases. The granules dissolve directly in the dry mix, so there is no need to activate in warm water beforehand. One 11 g sachet is designed to leaven up to 1 kg of flour.
