What it is
Dark kvass from Lida Brewery, brewed with concentrated dark rye malt extract. The malt gives it a deep amber-brown colour and the warm aroma of toasted bread crust. Light natural carbonation, gently sweet with a clean rye finish.
Made from artesian well water (280 m deep) with no artificial preservatives — a straightforward recipe rooted in the brewery's long tradition in Lida, western Belarus.
Ingredients
Artesian well water, sugar, kvass wort concentrate (rye flour, fermented rye malt, brewing barley malt), dark rye malt concentrate (fermented rye malt, dark brewing barley malt, rye bread), acidity regulator: citric acid.
