Kadarka Rosé Wine, Medium Sweet
A gentle blush from Balkan vines — ripe fruit, soft sweetness, easy pleasure
BULGARIA · KADARKA · 750 ml · 10.5% ABV
What it is
Kadarka is one of the Balkans’ most cherished red grape varieties, with deep roots in Bulgarian, Hungarian, and Serbian winemaking traditions. When harvested early and pressed as a rosé, it delivers a delicate salmon-pink wine that balances fresh berry aromas with a gentle, round sweetness.
This medium-sweet style pairs easily with light starters, fresh cheeses, and fruit-based desserts. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C for best effect.
Tasting notes
Pale salmon-pink colour. Aromas of fresh strawberries, cherry blossom, and a hint of rose petal. On the palate — light-bodied with soft acidity, sweet berry fruit, and a clean, refreshing finish.
Grape & origin
Made from the Kadarka grape — one of the oldest cultivated varieties in the Balkans, known for producing wines with bright fruit character and approachable structure. Grown and vinified in Bulgaria.
