Dusha Monaha — “Soul of a Monk” — is a well-loved Moldovan semi-sweet red from Imperial Vin, a winery in the southern Prut River valley. Crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi grapes, it delivers a deep ruby colour and an expressive bouquet of ripe berries and soft plum notes.
The gentle residual sweetness rounds out the tannins without tipping into cloying territory — a satisfying glass on its own or alongside a cheese board, dark chocolate, or grilled lamb.
