What it is
White Birch Vodka (Белая Берёзка) is a smooth Russian grain vodka produced at the Omskvinprom distillery by the Alcoholic Siberian Group in Omsk. The name honours Russia's most iconic tree — the silver birch — and the recipe incorporates real birch sap along with an extract of birch buds harvested during blossom time. The result is a clean, rounded spirit with a subtle freshness that sets it apart from standard grain vodkas.
The base spirit is rectified from high-quality wheat grain, then blended with purified softened water and the birch botanical additions. A small amount of sugar smooths the finish. Since moving production to Omsk in 2011, this vodka has been exported to over 55 countries worldwide.
