What it is
Inspired by the Dutch stroopwafel, Yashkino's “Dutch” waffles pair two lightly baked, soft round discs with a thick layer of boiled condensed milk cream. Unlike crispy layered waffles, these have a yielding, mellow texture — the caramel filling merges into the waffle rather than contrasting with it.
