What it is
Khortytsa is one of Ukraine's leading vodka producers, distillery based in Zaporizhzhia on the land of the ancient Khortytsia island — a site steeped in Cossack history. Their Honey Pepper expression takes a clean rectified grain spirit and layers it with natural honey sweetness and the steady warmth of black pepper.
The result sits somewhere between a classic shot vodka and a flavoured digestif: smooth enough to drink neat over ice, with enough character to work in a warm drink or alongside cured meats and pickles.
