What it is
SLCO's smaller-format Uzbek plov — long-grain rice cooked with beef, carrot and the classic spice mix of cumin, coriander and pepper. Tin opens with a ring-pull; the contents come out as proper plov, not a porridge.
375g is one solid portion. Heat in a pan or the microwave, eat as is, or stretch it with extra steamed rice and a salad.
How to prepare
Heat in a pan over low heat for 4–5 minutes, or microwave covered for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
