What it is
«Milk to the Ceiling» (Молока до потолка) is a classic Russian milk toffee — known locally as ирис (iris). Each piece combines a chewy, caramelised toffee shell with a smooth sweetened milk filling. Made at the Azovskaya Confectionery Factory on Russia’s Azov coast, these candies carry a nostalgic character well recognised across Eastern Europe.
