Tkemali is one of Georgia's most beloved condiments — a vibrant sauce made from ripe red cherry plums, sharpened with garlic and chilli, and rounded out with fresh herbs and spices. This classic red variety has a deep plum flavour with a pleasant tang and a gentle warmth, making it an ideal companion for grilled meats, poultry, potatoes and bread.
