What it is

This po-russki version from Teshchiny Recepty, whose name translates as Mother-in-Law's Recipes, stays true to the traditional approach: tender white cabbage simmered with root vegetables, a touch of tomato, and a blend of aromatic spices, all preserved in a convenient 500 ml jar.
Pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until piping hot. Alternatively, microwave in a covered bowl for 2–3 minutes.
