About this product
A walk through the forest in one jar: small honey mushrooms, glossy slippery jacks, tender oyster mushrooms and a few darker forest fragments, all pickled together in a mild, vinegar-free brine. The variety of shapes and textures is part of the pleasure — no two spoonfuls are the same.
Drain and dress simply: sunflower oil, finely sliced onion, fresh dill. Serve as a cold zakuska, fold into salads, or top boiled potatoes. The classic gift-the-jar appetiser when you don't want to choose between mushroom kinds.
