What it is
A thoughtfully composed blend of six dried plants — milk thistle, immortelle, agrimony, knotweed, chicory, and green tea — traditionally used in Russian phytotherapy to support the liver, encourage bile production, and ease inflammation. Each sachet brews into a mild, slightly bitter infusion. Steep one bag in 200 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes; drink up to three cups a day with meals.
