What it is

Belochka (meaning Little Squirrel) is one of Laima’s most enduring classics — chocolate-coated praline sweets with a rich hazelnut filling and a delicate wafer crunch at the core. Made at Laima’s historic factory in Riga, these sweets have been crafted to the same recipe that has delighted Eastern European sweet lovers for generations.

Each piece is coated in dark cocoa chocolate encasing a smooth, nutty praline centre with roasted hazelnut notes. Individually wrapped and sold in a 200g pack.

Ingredients

Sugar, cocoa mass, vegetable fat (palm, shea), hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, wheat flour, cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (E322), flavouring (vanillin).
