What it is
Whole milk and sugar slowly evaporated, then enriched with 5% cocoa powder for a soft chocolate note. Made by SIA Siruss in Latvia under the "Export Quality" line — the same recipe sold across the Baltics in their familiar red-brown tin.
Spoon it onto blini, syrniki, oladi or fresh white bread; melt a tablespoon into hot coffee, tea or milk for an instant chocolate drink (the label suggests 3–4 teaspoons per cup); or use it as a quick chocolate filling for layer cakes, brownies and tartlets.
