Roasted Salted Sunflower Seeds
The everyday Eastern European snack — crack, taste, repeat.
EASTERN EUROPE · DELI CLASSIC · 250 G
What they are
Whole sunflower seeds, roasted in the shell and lightly salted. The way Eastern Europe has eaten them on park benches, train rides and porches for a hundred years — crack the shell with your front teeth, eat the kernel, line up the next one.
If shell-cracking is not your sport: a few minutes in a low oven warms them up and the kernels come out more easily. Excellent over salads, scattered on porridge or yogurt, or stirred into bread dough at home.
Ingredients
Sunflower seeds, salt.
Two-ingredient product. May be processed in facilities that handle peanuts and sesame — check pack.
