What it is
Fizz Strawberry Premium is an apple-based cider with natural strawberry flavour, made by Cēsu Alus in Latvia. The Fizz range has been a fixture in Baltic cider culture since the 1990s — known for clean fruitiness, a gentle fizz, and no harsh aftertaste.
At 4.0% vol. in a 500 ml can, it drinks easily and is best served well chilled, straight from the can.
Ingredients
Water, apple wine (fermented apple juice), sugar, natural strawberry aroma, carbon dioxide, citric acid (E330), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E202), sulphur dioxide (E220).
