What it is
Stelle — stars in Italian — are small star-shaped pasta made from 100% durum wheat semolina. Pasta Zara has been producing quality pasta in Italy's Veneto region since 1898, and their Stelle No. 18 are a classic choice for clear soups, broths and minestrone. They cook quickly and hold their shape in hot liquid without going soft.
Cook for 8–10 minutes in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and add to broth, or serve with a light butter sauce for younger palates.
