Sparkling Wine Semi-Dry “Alita” — 0.75L

Crisp Lithuanian bubbles with notes of peach, apple, and a touch of honey

LITHUANIA   ·   ALITA   ·   750 ml · 11% vol.

What it is

Alita is one of Lithuania’s best-known sparkling wines, produced by AB Alita in Alytus. Made by the Charmat method — secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks for at least 30 days — this semi-dry white sparkling wine draws on quality Italian white wine material and delivers fine, persistent bubbles with a gently off-dry palate.

Pale gold in the glass, with a nose of ripe peach, green apple, and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is fresh and lively, with a clean finish that works equally well as an aperitif or alongside light desserts and soft cheeses.
