What it is
Rkatsiteli is one of the world's oldest cultivated grape varieties, native to the Kakheti wine region of eastern Georgia. It produces a dry white wine with a pale golden colour, firm natural acidity and characteristic flavours of green apple, quince, and citrus peel — clean and refreshing on the palate.
In modern production, Rkatsiteli is typically vinified in stainless steel to preserve the grape's naturally aromatic character. The result is a well-balanced, versatile table wine that pairs comfortably with a wide range of dishes.
