What it is
RGK — Rēzekne Meat Factory — has been making meat products in the Latgale region of eastern Latvia since 1953. Their Spanish-style dried salami draws on the paprika-and-garlic spice profile characteristic of Iberian charcuterie, adapted for slow-drying with Baltic craft.
The result is a firm, dry salami with a deep red-orange colour from the sweet and smoked paprika, a pronounced garlic note, and a clean, concentrated pork flavour. Excellent sliced thin on a board or layered into a rye sandwich.

Pork (≥75%), pork fat, salt, paprika (sweet and smoked), garlic, sugar, spices (black pepper, cayenne, coriander), natural pork casing; curing agent: sodium nitrite (E250); antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301).
