What it is
Burgas 63 Special Selection is a premium Bulgarian grape rakia produced by Black Sea Gold in Pomorie, a coastal town on the Black Sea. The distillery was founded in 1924 and remains one of Bulgaria's most respected producers of traditional spirits.
The rakia is made from hand-selected Muscat Ottonel and Hamburg Misket grapes, copper pot distilled in small batches, then aged for 3–4 years in 100-litre oak barrels. The result is a light golden spirit with a vibrant floral and citrus aroma, soft muscat sweetness, and a clean, warm finish.
