Buckwheat Porridge with Pork

A bigger jar of buckwheat-and-pork — share it, or keep it all.

What it is

Leis's signature buckwheat kasha with pork, in a generous glass jar. «Life with taste» is the brand's line, and the jar follows through: real chunks of pork, soft buckwheat, no shortcuts on the seasoning.

The glass jar means you can see the kasha before you open it, and it reheats well in any pot. Bigger than the canned 350g format — proper dinner for two.

How to prepare

Empty into a pan and heat through on low for 4–5 minutes, or microwave covered for 3 minutes. Serve hot, with bread and something pickled on the side.

Ingredients

Buckwheat groats, pork, water, onion, vegetable (sunflower) oil, salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf.
