What it is
Doktorska is the most recognisable of Eastern European cooked sausages — a finely emulsified blend of pork and beef, boiled to a silky, yielding texture. Sokolow’s paprika version adds a subtle warmth and a distinctive blush without overpowering the clean, mild flavour the style is known for.
Ready to eat straight from the pack, it slices cleanly for sandwiches, open tartines or a plate with rye bread and mustard. The 900g format keeps the fridge well stocked for the week.
