What it is
Pasaka makes this children's pasta in small decorative shapes — amorini (little hearts) — from durum wheat semolina. A touch of turmeric gives the pasta its cheerful golden hue without artificial colours or flavourings, while the egg-free recipe keeps it suitable for children with egg allergies or intolerances.
Boils in around 5–7 minutes and holds its shape well. Works just as happily in a light butter sauce, a mild tomato sugo, or a simple broth.
