Crunchy pumpkin seed brittle, caramelised the traditional way

RUSSIA   ·   CHAY VDVOYOM   ·   100G

What it is

Kozinaki is a classic Eastern sweet with a satisfying crunch: seeds or nuts bound together in caramelised sugar, pressed flat and broken into pieces. This bar is built around whole pumpkin seeds — nutty, lightly sweet, with a clean snap.

At 100g it sits neatly in a pocket or a lunchbox. Good at any time, but best alongside a strong cup of tea.
