What it is
Mumiyo (also known as shilajit or mumijo) is a natural mineral-organic substance formed over centuries in the rocky crevices of mountain ranges. Rich in fulvic acid, humic acids, and over 80 trace minerals, it is one of the most prized traditional remedies in Eastern European and Russian folk medicine. These tablets contain purified mumiyo extract in a convenient, measured form.
