What it is
Classic Russian oatmeal cookies in a small, bite-sized format. Made with oat flour and rolled oats alongside wheat flour, apple purée and invert syrup, they bake into lightly crisp biscuits with a warm, familiar oat flavour. A staple of the Russian biscuit tin, produced by the Morozov Confectionery factory.
