MARLENKA® is a traditional honey cake with nuts, made according to an old Armenian family recipe. The secret manufacturing procedure enable to combine the honey and milk mixture to create this multi-layered honey delicacy. The top is drizzled with chocolate icing and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.

What it is
Medovik — the iconic honey cake. Many thin honey-spice biscuit layers folded together with sour-cream filling, left overnight so the layers absorb the cream and turn moist and tender. Sweet but not heavy.
Refrigerate before serving; pair with strong black tea. The flavour deepens on the second day.
