What it is
Ready-to-bake gingerbread dough from Latvijas Maiznieks, one of Latvia's most established bakeries. Blended with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom — then lifted with raspberry pieces — this dough is made to roll out, cut into shapes and bake into crisp, aromatic biscuits. A 500 g pack gives you plenty for a generous batch, and the dough handles well both with cutters and when pressed into moulds freehand.
