Lackmann Kremliovskyj Hot Smoked Servelat
Rich and smoky, ready to eat — a servelat worth knowing.

What it is
The Kremliovskyj is a hot-smoked servelat from Lackmann Fleisch- und Feinkostfabrik, a German producer in Baden-Württemberg specialising since 1998 in traditional Russian-style charcuterie under German quality standards. A blend of beef and pork with a touch of bacon, seasoned with spices and gently cured, then hot-smoked to develop a deep, rounded flavour and a firm yet yielding texture.
Unlike dry-cured salamis that take weeks of hanging, the Kremliovskyj arrives ready to eat — dense, pleasantly smoky, with a clean, savoury finish. Slice cold over rye bread, pair with a sharp mustard, or add to a charcuterie board alongside pickles and cheese.
