What it is
Karaliaus Mindaugo — King Mindaugas in Lithuanian — is the flagship dry-cured sausage from Krekenavos Agrofirma, a meat processor working out of central Lithuania since 1959. Named after Mindaugas, the only crowned King of Lithuania (1253), this line earned the Most Popular Product nomination at the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists awards in 2015.
Made in the traditional Lithuanian style: coarsely chopped pork and beef seasoned with salt, black pepper and a measured spice blend, packed into natural casing, fermented and then slowly dried to a firm, dense texture. No fillers — just cured meat and spice.
