What it is
A ready-to-use marinade built around the Central Asian shashlik tradition. Apple puree and acetic acid tenderise quickly — one 300g bottle is enough for 3 kg of pork, lamb or chicken. Coat the meat evenly, leave for 30 minutes, then go straight to the grill.
Natural smoke flavouring adds a subtle campfire character without the wait, while the blend of coriander, cumin, sumac, red pepper and garlic delivers the layered spice profile of an authentic shashlik.
