What it is
Kėdainių Konservai is one of Lithuania's oldest canneries, producing preserved vegetables since 1924. Their red beetroots are harvested at peak sweetness and packed in apple juice rather than vinegar brine. The result is a rounded, gently tangy flavour with a deep ruby colour and firm texture.
