What it is

This is the spoonable side of Kārums — not the famous glazed curd bar, but a soft whipped cream dessert. Real Latvian sweet cream is folded with a touch of sugar and natural vanilla and set just enough to hold its airy texture in the cup. No vegetable fats, no preservatives — it gets its body from cream, gelatin and a little starch, nothing more.

Eat it straight from the tub when something needs to be quietly sweet — after dinner, with a coffee, with fresh berries or a spoon of sour cherry jam, or layered with crushed biscuits and fruit for an instant trifle. Children love it; adults reach for a second spoon and pretend they didn't.

MILK, sweet CREAM 18%, sugar, water, skimmed MILK powder, food gelatin, modified starch, stabilisers (carrageenan, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), colour (carotenes), vanilla flavouring.
