Kalev's new marmalade candy offers a truly summer taste experience straight from grandma's garden - pleasantly tart strawberry-rhubarb flavored marmalade covered with a thin dark chocolate glaze. The soft marmalade at the heart of the candy is made using Estagar, a tart substance obtained from red algae (furcellaria) growing in the Baltic Sea, which is what makes Kalevi marmalade candies unique.
