What it is
Komeet (Comet) is one of Kalev's enduring classics — a smooth kama-and-coffee praline centre coated in dark chocolate glaze. Kama is a distinctly Estonian blend of roasted rye, wheat, oat and barley flour that lends the filling an earthy, toasty depth. Coffee sharpens the flavour, and the chocolate shell rounds it off. These bite-sized sweets have been a fixture in Estonian sweet shops for decades.
