Suktinis Honey Mead Nectar
Ancient Lithuanian mead tradition in every drop
LITHUANIA · SUKTINIS · 500 ml · 50% ABV
What it is
Suktinis is a traditional Lithuanian mead nectar — a honey-based spirit crafted in Stakliškės, Lithuania, using a recipe that dates to 1963. Named after the Lithuanian folk dance suktinis, it combines honey mead distillate with berry extracts and herbal notes into a warming, amber-coloured spirit.
At 50% ABV, it carries real depth: sweet honey warmth upfront, followed by gentle tart notes from blueberry and currant, and a clean, lingering finish. Serve neat at room temperature, or over a single ice cube to open the aromatics.
Ingredients
