What it is
Korovka — the soft, pull-apart milk fudge beloved across Eastern Europe — meets its Latvian expression in the Gotina range by Skrīveru Saldumi. Made in the small town of Skrīveri, these sweets are built on sweetened condensed milk and glucose syrup, giving them a dense, yielding chew that melts without sticking.
