What it is
A traditional sweet with a soft fruit-jelly or zefir centre dipped in chocolate glaze. The shell snaps; the centre is yielding, fruity or vanilla-creamy. The everyday tea-time chocolate of the post-Soviet pantry.
Serve as a small chocolate with tea or coffee, or scatter into a sweet-plate assortment.
