Form for Making Pelmeni — 37-Cell Plastic Mould

Shape a full batch of dumplings in one go

KITCHENWARE   ·   37 CELLS   ·   PLASTIC

What it is

A practical plastic mould for making pelmeni at home. The 37-cell grid lets you shape an entire batch in one go — roll out your dough, add the filling, top with a second sheet of dough, and press firmly with a rolling pin. Each cell cuts and seals the edges simultaneously, giving you evenly shaped pelmeni ready for the pot.

What's in the box

1 × plastic pelmeni mould (37 cells). Rolling pin and other accessories not included.

How to use

Dust the mould lightly with flour. Lay a sheet of thinly rolled dough over the top and press gently into each cell to form pockets. Add a small amount of filling to each pocket, then cover with a second sheet of dough. Roll firmly with a rolling pin to cut and seal each pelmeni. Turn the mould over and tap gently to release. Cook immediately or freeze on a tray before bagging.
