What it is
A full-flavoured semi-smoked salami produced by Forevers, the largest domestic meat processor in Latvia. The Danish salami format delivers a firm, evenly textured slice with a clean smoke note. Forevers' Danish salami has been recognised as one of the best in its category among all Latvian producers.
Slice it thin for open sandwiches, layer it on a charcuterie board, or serve with rye bread and mustard for a satisfying cold-cut plate.
