Forest Honey 500 ml
Dark, mineral-rich honeydew from the forest canopy
EASTERN EUROPE · HONEY · 500 ML
What it is
Forest honey is produced by bees that collect honeydew — sweet secretions deposited on forest tree leaves by sap-sucking insects — rather than flower nectar. The result is a dark amber to near-black honey with a complex, lightly resinous aroma, a deeper flavour, and a higher mineral content than typical flower honey.
This 500 ml jar is suited to everyday use as a table honey, a cooking sweetener, or stirred into warm drinks. Natural crystallisation may occur over time; this is a mark of quality, not spoilage.
