What it is
Eshkina Korovka Iris is a classic Russian soft toffee — springy, gently sticky, and built around condensed milk. Iris is a beloved Soviet-era candy format that has easily outlasted its era: individually wrapped pieces with a dense, chewy texture that melts slowly on the tongue. Rot Front's Eshkina Korovka range carries this tradition forward with a recognisably milky-caramel flavour. A 250 g bag is the standard size.
