What it is
"Kitokia" — Lithuanian for "Different" — is Delikatesas's signature dry-cured pork sausage. Delikatesas has been producing meat products in Northern Lithuania since 1937, and their cold-smoked and dry-cured range sits at the premium end of Lithuanian charcuterie.
The sausage is slow-dried to a firm, dense texture with a deep, clean pork flavour and a balanced salt-and-spice finish. Excellent sliced thin and eaten with rye bread, sharp mustard, or pickled vegetables.
