What they are
Kukuruznye palochki — air-extruded sticks of corn grits, lightly fried, then tumbled in fine icing sugar. They are weightless in the bag, melt against the tongue, and leave the harmless sugary fingerprints that gave the snack its place in every kids' party.
Eat by the handful with a glass of cold milk, scatter onto vanilla ice cream, or crumble over a fruit salad for crunch.
