What it is
Steinhauer's Dutch take on the Eastern-European classic: whole milk and sugar gently evaporated, with 3% fat-reduced cocoa powder stirred in for a soft chocolate edge. The label calls it «готовый крем» — "ready cream" — and that's the idea: spreadable straight out of the can, no further cooking needed.
Spoon it onto blini, syrniki, oladi or fresh white bread; stir it into hot coffee for a quick mocha; or use it as the chocolate filling in tartlets, layer cakes and brownies (as the brand's own pack image suggests).
